Quarantine Workouts!

With an influx of freetime, many people have searched for ways to keep busy. Among trends like whipped coffee, bleach tie dye, and hair dying, at-home workouts have become a staple of social distancing. Influencers such as Chloe Ting have filled up our social media accounts with various fitness challenges. However, we wanted to share some alternative workout videos for you to try!

“Staying active during quarantine can be really challenging... especially when there is so much stress and uncertainty. However, I find that if I can use the breaks in between classes, and even the lunch period, to get up and get moving my whole outlook on the day changes. Anything from walking my dog, dancing to music, or going on an intense run really help get my heart pumping and blood moving. It is so easy to list reasons as to why you can’t get active, but if you set small activity goals for yourself each day then it is easier to get started, and often times easier to keep going!” - Ryenn Engles, 2020-21 Athletic Association President
