Maya Yie: Hi Maria, it’s been great getting to know you during Track this year! I enjoyed running with you and you always had a smile on your face. We’ll miss you and good luck next year!

Nathalie Montesdeoca: Maria, it has been great getting to know you outside and during softball. You are super funny and all of softball is gonna miss having you around next year. Best of luck in Spain!

Ella Culligan: Hi Maria! I had so much fun doing both track and softball this year! I'm so glad I got to know you because you're so nice and fun to be around. We're going to miss playing with you next year!

Gulia Baglioni

Phoebe Krowitz: Dear Giulia, I am so happy that we were on the tennis and squash team together! You were a great captain on both and a great teammate (also a great model un club leader)! You are so nice to everyone and very funny! One funny memory I thought of was in tennis at the Westfield game and you became "friends" with the ice cream truck guy. I hope you had a great senior year and good luck at Northeastern!

Love, Phoebe

PS: Still waiting on your chocolate heart!

Talia Sarafian: ur the best senior sister ever and tysm for being such a fun squash captain, have fun at college!

Sahana Kapoor: Giulia!!! JV Tennis is gonna be an L next year without you :(( You are going to slay at northeastern next year have the best time!!!

Miranda Wang:  Thanks for being a great squash captain! This season was so much fun and we will definitely miss you next year. Good luck at Northeastern!

Nupur Ballal

Diana Reig: I just wanted to say thank you for always being a friendly face at orchestra and in the hallways! I appreciate all the advice and encouragement you gave me this year and I am constantly impressed by your amazing piano skills! We will miss you in percussion, but I can't wait to see where the future takes you! Good luck at MIT!!

Dvita Bhattacharya: Congratulations on graduating!! I'm really happy I got to know you over these last 2 years - you were an excellent Ethics Bowl teammate and captain :) The team won't be the same without you next year. Come back to visit us or come visit at Nationals next year (when we win gold, of course). Good luck at MIT!

Anabella Mendieta-Frost: Nupur, it was great getting to know you this year!! You were super nice to me when we first met, which really helped me get comfortable at Kent Place, and you were a great role model. I hope you have an amazing time at MIT!

Miranda Wang: Thank you for being an amazing ethics bowl team captain this year! I really enjoyed all of our practices and learned so much from you. Best of luck at MIT!!

Sahana Napoor: Congrats Nupur!! You are so amazing and you're going to go on to do incredible things at MIT next year!! Favorite ethics bowler captain, we will miss you next year!!!!!

Charlotte Betz

Medha Sahay: Charlotte - you have been so incredibly helpful this year and believed in me since day one. Thank you for being such an amazing resource, you're gonna kill it at Carnegie Mellon!!!

Isabella Deng: Hi Charlotte, thanks for always being really friendly and kind! You're a really nice person, and I'm really glad I got to talk to you this year! Good luck at Carnegie Mellon, we'll miss you!

Geo Thatch: We'll miss u next year in GSA!! ur gonna do awesome things.

Sajni Shah: Charlotte Autumns Betz-- I honestly really don’t know where to begin with this, and this is probably the 7th time I rewrote this. I’m so lucky to have gotten to know you, and being on your team for the past three years has been one of the best things to have happened to me. I've always had so much fun, from getting donuts and coffee to never really figuring out how to make a straight robot. Nothing’s going to be the same without you and without the sparkle. 4610A (if it stays together) won’t be as fun or chaotic, and randomly ambushing people in the hallways won’t have the same effect. Studying for calc with you has always been interesting to say the least, regardless of how often we had no idea what was going on (and I don’t care what college board says, we definitely aced the exam). You’ve been an amazing friend ever since I met you during Elina’s study hall, and since then, you’ve never failed to make me feel better or help me if I needed it. I’m going to miss you so much next year, so please visit (you can never escape the Kent Place cult). I know you’re going to do amazing things, good luck at CMU!!!

Diana Reig: Getting to know you over these past two years has been amazing! Through everything from Science Olympiad to orchestra, you have always been a friendly face I could talk to and I am so grateful for your welcomeness and kindness! I know that you will go on to do amazing things at Carnegie Mellon!!

Jacquelyn Reig: You have been such a great leader of GSA and I am always going to miss seeing you in the hallway, in GSA, or helping out with bake sales. I will miss you so much but I know you are going to do amazing in college!

Ceci Hirawat: charlotte! thank you for being such a great GSA president and always being so kind ◡̈ have the best time at carnegie mellon!

Sophia Gandhi: Thanks for being a super awesome GSA leader! I'm going to miss your spreadsheets and positive attitude during meetings next year, and you've been a really great club leader. You're going to do amazing at CMU!

Claire Cherill: Hi Charlotte, it's been so fun getting to know you these last two years. Robotics last year was definitely an experience... this year I've loved having classes with you and our fifteen-minute walk and talks at the beginning of ELE. You've also been an amazing GSA leader. You're such a staple at KPS, it won't be the same without you. Have an amazing time at college! Women in stem!!

Megan Llewellyn-Jones: Happy Graduation printer buddy! It's crazy to believe that I am no longer a small freshman and you a super tall junior. Have a blast a college and know we will miss you! :)

Anabella Mendieta-Frost: Charlotte, it was so fun getting to know you this year in GSA!! I had a great time in all of our club meetings and during project prism thanks to your great leadership. Have an amazing time at Carnegie Mellon!

Jocelyn Ameo: Hey Charlotte! You’re always a comforting face to see in the hallways and I’ll miss you a ton next year! I know you’ll have a fantastic time in college, you got this!

Natalie Weker: Charlotte, Wow. This is weird. You are basically the only senior that I have known all three years, and Kent Place next year isn’t going to be the same without you. Like… at all. Who else is going to sit in the library or stand stupidly in the back of the orchestra room as the perfect specimen to capture in the camera roll? Who else is going to lose miserably at tic tac toe? Who else is going to provide me robotics updates at competitions when Sajni forgets to and who else is going to pass notes back and forth in physics (Mr Largo if you’re stalking these you didn’t read that)? I know all of these things seem small and meaningless while they happened but they kind of add up to our entire relationship. You’re like an annoying older sister who doesn’t understand integration by parts. I’m going to miss you so much next year Charlotte (and pittsburgh is stupid and depressing so you’ll probably miss kent place). Now forget everything that you just read because I am a mean person to you and not nice at all.

Good luck next year,

Natalie Weker.

Nia Gitau: Hi Charlotte! Thank you for being one of the kindest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing for the past two years. I’ll always remember you as the first friendly face I saw at KPS during volleyball tryouts. I’m really going to miss your calming energy, warm personality, and uncanny ability to manage a room full of rowdy middle schoolers. Have a great time at CMU and keep making lots of spreadsheets!

Annika Bhatia

Jessica Choy: hi! Congrats on nyu! I hope you have a fun time there. It was so nice meeting you in September and doing that scavenger hunt with you. Good luck at nyu!

Ellie Blundin

Ava Builione: Dear Ellie, Thank you so much for being the most amazing senior sister this year! You immediately made me feel welcome in the Upper School and always helped me when I needed it. I will miss you so much next year during field hockey and I know that ice hockey will definitely not be the same without your aux and cheering. Thank you for making hockey so much fun and keeping us all positive throughout the season. I know that your going to do amazing things at Bucknell and I hope you come back and visit us next year!

All the best,

Ava

Astrid Burns

Isla Naik: Thanks for being a great senior sister! I appreciate all the helpful advice you gave me. Good luck at WashU!!

Maddie Popolow: ASTRID #loml. Ethics is going to be tragic without you next year. You are my ethics bowl rock. Texting you every single minute of every practice and every single round of the ethics bowl gives me life. And don't forget how you wrote my favorite case of all time #happy #habeascorpus #animalsarepeopletoo. I am going to miss you sooooo much but WASHU is gonna go crazy and I WILL come see you.

Miranda Wang: It was so great being on the ethics bowl team with you! We will miss you a lot next year, best of luck in the future!

Mary Carter

Isabella Deng: Thanks for being a great community service president! You were always incredibly kind and willing to answer any questions! Good luck!!!

Maddie Popolow: MARY! I honest to god don't know what I would do without you in computer science. There is no one else consistently on the same wave as me in that class besides you. Despite being an absolute pencil thief, you easily make that class better for me. I am going to miss you a lot next year but BC is going to be so much fun!!!!

Jacquelyn Reig: Thank you for being such a great community service leader! Although I only joined community service about halfway through the year, I have loved seeing the different initiatives you have helped with and hearing the interesting discussions you lead in community service meetings. Good luck in college!!

Gabrielle Liberman: Hey Mary! You have done an amazing job with the Community Service Committee as President. I'm am so glad that I was lucky enough to serve as your Vice President for the second half of the year. Thank you for all your hard work that made the committee so successful this year, and thank you for helping make Music for Change a reality. I am so proud of what we were able to do, and I couldn't have done it without you. I hope you have a great time at college and continue to let your desire to help others shine.

Natalie Weker: Mary, You were such an amazing co-president this year! I’ve had so much fun working with you, you always had amazing ideas. Good luck at BC!!!!!

Maya Yie: Hi Mary, thank you for being a wonderful Community Service President this year! You are a great leader and always kind and willing to listen. We’ll miss you next year and good luck in college!

Nia Gitau: It was so much fun being a Community Service rep with you as president! Congrats on graduating and have fun at BC :)

Miranda Wang: Thank you for being an amazing com serv president this year! All of the meetings were so fun and I learned so much from you. Best of luck at BC!!

Sophia Chimenti

Skylar Li: Thank you for being such a good senior sister! I loved doing the activities with you at the beginning of the year. Good luck at RPI!

Diana Reig: Sophia, your kind and joyful presence in Science Olympiad helped to make me feel welcome and I remember always being impressed by your Codebusting prowess. You put hard work and dedication into decoding ciphers and I was always amazed at your abilities! The team will miss you next year, but I can't wait to see where this next chapter takes you! Good luck at RPI!

Natalie Weker: CHIMENCHEESE!!!! Even though we didn’t get to do code busters together this year, we were still the dream team. Minecraft it up at Rennsylear next year!!!!!

Maya Yie: Hi Sophia, it was great getting to know you this year. I enjoyed doing the Hackathon with you! We’ll miss you next year and good luck in college!

Nia Gitau: Hi Sophia, I’m so happy I got to be a part of Robotics with you as a leader! From the closet money to the rust jar, I’ll take away so many hilarious memories from the experience. Thanks for being a great inspiration, friend, and Scioly teammate. Congrats on graduating and I’ll miss you lots! I hope you have an amazing time at Rensselaer :))

Sofie Cozine

Isabella Deng: Thanks for being a great person to sit next to in chorale! You're always very kind and welcoming, and I wish you the best in college and beyond!

Gabrielle Liberman: Hey Sofie! Congrats on Northwestern! You're going to have so much fun there. This year, I've gotten to know you better, and I realized what a sweet person you are. I've really enjoyed being in Chamber Singers with you, and you did an amazing job with your solo in STAR. I hope you have a great time in college!

Sumari Fox: hey sofie! thanks for being my senior sister! you are such a nice and fun person to be around and you always brought me the best snacks. you’re insanely funny and i wish you the best at northwestern!

Maya Yie: Hi Sofie, I loved being in soccer with you these past couple years. You always bring a positive energy to the team and the people around you. We’ll miss you next year and good luck in college!

Courtney Crowder

Morwen Xu: Hi! I'm gonna miss you so much. Love you! :D

Isabella Deng: Courtney!!!! YOU'RE SO COOL!!!! Thanks for being really friendly and willing to say hi when we see each other! You're always very positive and kind, which is something that's very admirable. I hope you have an amazing time in college and beyond!

Diana Reig: Hi, Courtney! I just wanted to say thank you for always being a kind and positive person! I remember in ap music theory last year, even though it was rough, you would always be willing to talk to me and crack a few jokes to lighten the mood. Thank you for being such a welcoming person, and I can't wait to see what the future holds for you at Columbia!!

Dvita Bhattacharya: Congratulations, Courtney!!! Thank you so much for being an eternally comforting presence in Ethics Bowl and the DEIB taskforce. You were always approachable and welcoming, even when I was the only freshman on Ethics Bowl. It's been really nice to get to know you over the last two years, and I'm going to miss you as team Captain :(  Nevertheless, good luck at Columbia and don't forget to visit us *when* we reach Nationals next year. Dr. Rezach will miss you as well, needless to say.

Juliette Maria: Hi Courtney! Thank you for being such a welcoming, supportive, and sweet senior sister. You helped me so much when I really knew nothing about the school. Thank you, and best wishes on whatever journey life takes you on.

Miranda Wang: Thank you for being a great ethics bowl team captain this year! All our practices were so much fun and I am so happy to have had the chance to be on the team with you. We will definitely miss you next year! Best of luck in the future!

Natalie Weker: Somehow you survived every single bus ride to school without a single accident this year. I think that's more impressive than going to Columbia next year. I’m going to miss you so much next year, even with your bad attempts at making ur mom jokes. Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nia Gitau: I really enjoyed being on Robotics with you this year! Congrats on graduating and enjoy Columbia - we’ll miss you on the Montclair bus :)

Nandini Thatavarthy: Hi Courtney! It's amazing to know that your are graduating soon! Thank you for being a great senior sister and good luck next year. Wishing you the best!

Margo D'Angelo

Lilly Gomes: I'm going to miss you so much, I'm so glad you joined volleyball, it was so much playing lacrosse and volleyball with you! I hope you have a good time in college. Make sure to come back and visit me. Good luck in Wisconsin, love you❤️

Maddie Popolow: Margo!! I had so much fun with you on the Spain trip. You are genuinely so funny and supperrrr nice and I am sad to see you leave Kent Place. But, I know you are going to do so well at Bucknell and I am so excited for you!

Lauren Osuala: To my Margooo, I LOVE YOUUU! So proud you girl and who you've grown to be. I'm going to miss seeing your beautiful smile everyday at practice, but I know you'll have so much fun at Bucknell! Can't wait so see all the awesome things you'll achieve boo!

Quinn Sartorius: Congrats on graduating Margo!! Bucknell is so lucky to have you and I hope you love it there! It was so much fun to watch you play volleyball in the fall season and cheer you on! I’ll miss seeing you next year!

Bridget Daab

Morwen Xu: (◍•ᴗ•◍)♡ ✧*。Hello. I will miss you. (°◡°♡).:。

Gabrielle Liberman: Hey Bridget! Thank you for being such a great swim team captain this season! You really helped get the team excited with the pep talks before our races, and you always killed it during your events. I am so glad that I was able to swim in the 400 free relay at Meet of Champions with you. That is a swim memory I'll never forget. Have a great time at college Bridget!

Natalie Weker: Bridget Daab, I don’t know if you remember, but we were in precalculus together last year. I thought you were terrifying. So when you and Abby came into the first day of physics late this year, with the only two available seats at the table with Morwen and I, I was more than a little nervous for the year that was to come. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Physics this year has become one of my favorite classes, because I always know that the MoreWins (aka the best lab group in all of KP history) would have so much fun. Although we did have to deal with Abby and Morwen not knowing what a measurement is, I got so much out of our table. You were such a nice person, always there making us laugh. Good luck at Purdue next year!!!!

Molly Daab

Evelyne Mendelsohn: Hi Molly, good luck next year at Santa Clara! Hope you have a great time! Thank you for the help and advice you gave me when I was starting freshman year!!!

Celia Kanellakos: MOLLY, I can't believe you are leaving me. I am honestly devastated, heart-broken, and currently in despair. Although California is far, I know you will have fun at Santa Clara and I look forward to the fire Instagram posts to come. ILY - Celia

Amanda Ditommaso

Clare Pawlowski: MANDERRRRSSSSSSS!!!!!!! I would not have survived junior year without you! I will miss you lifting and playing lacrosse with you SO much. HAVE THE BEST TIME AT BATES!!!!!

Anne Bugliari: I LOVE AMANDAAAAA!! You’re the funniest and best senior sister ever. Thank you for making lacrosse so much fun and always making the team smile. You’re the absolute best, keep killing it!!

Ms. Cohen: Amanda, you are one of my special "two 'fers" -- we got to be in English class together both for Contemporary Fiction and Local Literature. Thank you for being a great start and end to this school year, and I am so privileged to have been a part of your English career here. Plus, you made meaning from 'Sabrina', 'Ultra', and some wild Tracy K. Smith Universe poems! You're ready to face anything :)

Addysen Downey

Phoebe Krowitz: Dear Addy, I am so happy that I met you and Hailey this year and it was so fun being on the squash team together. You are such a great friend and teammate and nice to everyone you meet. A funny memory I had this year was in the fall when Ella, Skylar and I wrote you notes and we put them in your locker! I hope that you enjoyed your senior year and good luck at UVA! I can't wait to see the amazing things you accomplish! Love, Phoebe

Skylar Li: I'm so happy I got to meet you through Hailey this year! You're such a good role model, and I love waving to you in the hallways. I'll miss you so much next year! Have fun at UVA!!

Hailey Downey: I am so proud of you, Addy! I can't believe you are graduating this year and going to college in the fall! I will miss you so much! You are so smart and amazing! I know you will do so many awesome things at UVA!!

Sophia DiSarno: Forever my #1 supporter during track. YOU ARE SO SPEEDY (even though shin splints really tried to stop you) LOVE YOU!! They better have a Smoothie King down in VA and expect many visits :)

Supriya Kamilla: Thank you so much for being such a great senior sister! Good luck next year at UVA.

Cooper Grogan: Thank you so much for being a great senior sister! Good luck at UVA! You are going to do amazing and I am going to miss you so much at school and dance next year.

Lauren Herman: It's been so much fun getting to know you and having dance together this year--have fun at uva!

Maya Yie: Hi Addysen, it was great being in Track with you these past few years. You were always friendly and always had a smile on your face. Your senior project for an Evening of Dance was amazing! We’ll miss you next year and good luck in college!

Ms. Cohen: Addy, you are one of my terrific "two-'fers"-- I had the pleasure of English class with you both this fall in Contemporary Fiction and in the spring for Local Literature. Thank you for such a great start and end of this year. You will be strong, smart, and courageous just like Misty (with a little Balanchine in the background).

Lilly Eccles

Maddie Popolow: Lillyyyy!!! I am going to miss your craziness next year. You are so funny and never fail to make me laugh. I miss our little lacrosse squad from last year. You know what I miss even more, when you were on the field hockey team in 2020. That was amazing and the highlight of my high school experience. I will definitely be sad not to have you at school next year but I am excited to see what you do with Notre Dame lax!

Tessa Vuchic: Lilly, Congrats on graduating! I hope that you have a great time at Notre Dame and playing lacrosse next year!

Isabelle Embden

Mariana Pirez Ramirez: Thank you for being my senior sister! I hope you have a good college experience and enjoy your summer.

Maddie Popolow: Izzyyyy!! I had so much fun with you on the Spain trip. Your craziness definitely made the trip far from boring and I will miss it a lot next year. Have THE BEST time at Princeton!!!

Ava Guarino: Congrats Izzy!! I had so much fun in Physics with you, and good luck at Princeton!!

Angelica Nwachuku: Izzy, I'm gonna miss u tons. Track fr won't be the same without you. I'm gonna miss our random trauma dumps in your car and making tiktoks at musty winter track meets. It's hard to cope with the fact that Smoothie King runs after a good lifting session are gonna end and that there will be no more blasting music in your car and barking at innocent pedestrians, but I know you're gonna have so much fun in college and are gonna do so many amazing things. Can't wait to see the things u do!!

Lauren Osuala: IZZY!!! Congrats on Princeton my love! I can't wait to see all the great things you'll do at PU! Love youuu!

Kaitlin Andersen: Hi Izzy! You have been the most friendly, funny, amazing teammate and friend. You are the cutest ball of energy and your smile makes everyone else smile. I admire you so much and respect you in so many ways. I am so grateful I have got to spend time with you in many different ways and I will miss you endlessly. Go kill it at princeton smarty! GO TIGERS!!

Misa Glover: Izzy i’m so glad you finally started to stop hating me became friends with me during track. I am going to miss you so much. You have become very close to me over the past couple of months and your energy never fails to bring up my mood. I feel like I can talk to you about anything and see you as an older sister. You are a role model to me and many others. Congratulations on Princeton, I am so proud of you. Hopefully that will be me one day. I love you. DONT FORGOT ABOUT ME AND STAY IN TOUCH.

Mia Ramos: IZZY! You have been the best track captain ever and I don't know how we will be able to function next year without your random comments during our warmups or practices. You never fail to make everyone laugh with your spontaneous actions, and we will truly miss you and your 400 hurdles. You're going to kill it in Princeton!!!

Lilly Fanelle

Diana Reig: It has been so wonderful being your friend, Lilly, and I can’t believe that you are already graduating! From our covid era KP Singers zoom classes to being section leaders together at NJYC (go sop twos!!), I have always looked up to you and admired your great passion for music as well as your sincere kindness to everyone around you. I always love talking to you - you always have such great advice and equally amusing and funny stories! I am definitely going to miss you next year, but I know that you will go on to do amazing things at Tufts! I wish you the best of luck as you continue your academic journey and I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for you!

Jacquelyn Reig: Lilly! I have loved working with you in Chicago, Chorale, Treblemakers, DEA, and so much more. I can always rely on you to have the correct note when the rest of us are struggling and you have been such an amazing leader of DEA. You are such an inspiration and I wish you the best of luck at Tufts!!

Mia Ramos: Dear Lilly, you are one of the sweetest souls I have ever met. Spending time with you in every show has been such an. amazing opportunity. I will always miss someone in choral or theater saying to line up in height order and me and you making our way to the front of the line. I can't wait to see where Tuft's takes you and all of the big things you are going to do. I'm going to miss you!

Gabreille Liberman: Hey Lilly, thank you for being such a kind presence around the school. I am so glad we became closer this year; you always helped me out when I needed help, and your care for others is clear to see. Thank you for being a role model to so many members of Coriste and making us a better, more unified choir. I will definitely miss you in Chamber Singers too. You are a POWERFUL Soprano 2, and your leadership will be missed. I hope you have a great time at Tufts!

Mariana Pirez Ramirez: Lilly, I had lots of fun with you during Chicago and Clue. It was so nice to work with you in almost all the Chicago dances and seeing how funny you were as the cook in Clue. You are very amazing and made me feel included as a new student in theatre. We will miss you and have fun in college!

Colette Gentille: LILLY!!! Or, Bertha, I guess I should say...I can't believe you are graduating soon! I am going to miss you SO MUCH next year. It is going to feel incredibly weird not passing by each other in the hall every day and catching up about basically anything related to the arts. Speaking of which, 'm really happy and grateful that I signed up for both Dance Tech and "Hello Girls" last year because if I hadn't done so, I wouldn't have found such an amazing friend (and fellow theater kid). I actually remember the day we talked about that walking to Dance Tech. Plus, it felt nice knowing an upperclassman had my back when I was a freshman -- that truly meant the world to me! Not to mention, you are super talented and an absolute musical genius! First-row Chorale is going to feel a little empty next year, and so will our musicals and plays, but I know you are going to do great things at Tufts and beyond. Hoping for at least one more summer of "Counselors After Hours!" We have to keep in touch! Just make sure that you…answer the call :)

Maya Yie: Hi Lilly, I can’t believe you're already graduating! I loved working on problems with you (and confusing each other) in our math table last year! I also love being in Dance Tech with you! Thank you for always being so kind, open, and willing to answer all my questions! You are a great leader in all different ways. I’ll miss you next year and good luck at Tufts!

Megan Llewellyn-Jones: Good bye Lilly!!!! I am so glad that I have gotten to you meet you. Hello Girls are some of my favorite high school memories. Especially you giving us all high fives before we go on stage. You are an amazing wonderful person and I can only hope to be as kind and loving as you are. Please come back and visit! I will miss you too much. Tuffs doesn't know how lucky they are to have you. Keep being awesome. <3

Lorelei Gustafson-Johnson: Lily!! It's been great having you as a senior sister this year! You're such a kind and sweet person :) I'll miss you so much! I will especially miss being in the shows with you next year. <3 I wish you the best of luck at college! GO JUMBOS!!

Charlotte Grushkin: I've made so many memories with you over the past two years, something I honestly wasn't expecting when little freshman Charlotte walked in on the first day of school. From theater to NJYC and everything else we do you make it 100000x better! I'll miss the weeks when we spend more time together than we spend with Alex, and of course, the weeks when we have back to back to back performances. When I'm a senior I'll be telling little theater freshmen the story of how you convinced me to audition for the show at NJYC the night before auditions, and if you hadn't I would've been lost to sports. (and in the process convince them to do both) You've definitely left your mark on KP theater and NJYC and won't be forgotten. It's now my goal to beat your art credits record, which I'm on track to do!

Ceci Hirawat: lilly! you're such a genuinely kind, talented, and beautiful person. i'm so honored to have gotten to know you, and thank you for being my role model even when we didn't know each other. you're going to do amazing things <3

Lily Gabriel

Jacquelyn Reig: Lily, you are such an amazing senior sister and inspiration. You are incredibly talented and I am so excited to see where life takes you. I will always miss seeing you in the hallways and at rehearsals at school. You are such a kind and caring person, and I am so grateful to have you as someone I could rely on for advice or just a good conversation :). Thank you for always being so thoughtful and welcoming, and good luck in college! (also thank you for getting me dunkin :))

Charlotte Grushkin: You were such an amazing stage wife (even though we almost got divorced) and I can't imagine what KP theater is going to be like without you, but I'm so excited to see your talent shine wherever you are. It was always so amazing to be in a cast with you, you made every show unforgettable. There are some big shoes to fill, rhinestone buckles and all!

Anabella Mendieta-Frost: Lily, it was so much fun getting to be in Chicago and on the arts committee with you! You are so incredibly talented, and I hope you have a great experience at Chapman next year!!

Mia Ramos: Dear, Lily! I am so so glad I met you this year! You are such a talented and amazing person and I wouldn't want to spend my freshman year of theater with anyone else. You were the best Wads and Roxie the world has ever seen. There are so many great opportunities for you in the future and I can't wait to see you on the big screen! My favorite moment this year had to be opening up the curtain after the Chicago intermission with you in your Roxies costume and my doctors coat. I'm going to miss you so much and kp theater won't be the same without you.

Ceci Hirawat: lily! chapman isn't ready for you! you're an insanely talented and amazing person, and i know you're going to do incredible things. remember your days with us when you're famous <3

Anna Gambuzza: congrats Lily! You are an amazing arts committee leader and so fun to hang out with! you are so smart and funny and are going to do great things at Chapman!

Mariana Pirez Ramirez: Lily, I had so much fun with you this year. It was amazing to watch you in Chicago and Clue and be able to have the opportunity to work with you. You have an incredible voice and always loved hearing you sing. You are also so sweet to me. Have a great college experience and I hope you enjoy it!

Colette Gentille: Lily-Grace! Arts Committee President! t has been amazing working with you on three productions and Arts Committee since I joined Kent Place. You are genuinely one of the most talented performers that I have ever met, and impressive too — not everyone can get through an opening night of “Chicago” while coming down with the flu, but you did, and you still KILLED IT! You’re going to kill it at Chapman too, and whatever you do after college that gets you famous! Whether you are starring on Broadway, in a film, or directing one, I will be cheering you on and bragging about how I knew you ever since “Hello Girls.” Break a leg! :)

Christiana Galdi

Sasha Grinis: Hi Christina, thank you for being such a great senior sister you really helped me settle into the upper school!! Good luck at Villanova, I’m sure you’ll do great!

Sophia Gandhi: Congrats on graduating Christina! I can't believe you're going off to college, I still remember when we were little and we would sit on the sidelines at Kareena and Olivia's soccer games. You're going to do amazing things at Villanova, good luck!

Annie Ge

Kino Tsang: Hi Annie, I'm very glad you're my senior sister and I wish you didn't have to leave :,) but have fun in Rutgers and visit often! :)

Isabella Dang: Annie, thanks for being an incredibly warm and kind person, and thanks for always be willing to say hi to me in the halls! You're a really nice and funny person, as well as an amazing singer. I hope you have a really great time in college! Please come back and visit! - Isabella :D

Diana Reig: Hi, Annie! Thank you for always being a great friend! Whether it be during the struggles of ap music theory, going to orchestra rehearsals, or just chatting in the hallway, thank you for always being willing to stop and talk with me and share your funny humor to lighten the mood! I can't believe you're graduating, but thank you for being such a kind and great friend over these past two years. Good luck at Rutgers!!

Ms. Cohen: Annie, I'm so lucky that I got to study English literature with you in Contemporary Fiction and Local Literature, book-ending my year with all of your ideas, questions, and musings. I will very much miss your kind greeting of "Ms. Cohen!" when we return next year, and I know you are heading on to new, wonderful things.

Nia Gitau: Sitting next to you during STAR practices made the experience so much more fun! Congrats on graduating and I’ll miss seeing you during Chorale.

Tara Ghose

Naomi Ravenell: hi tara! it was so fun meeting you in September, and you’ve been the best senior sister i could ever ask for. it was so nice to have a familiar face around school, and it really makes my day when i see you. i really look up to you a lot, you are such an amazing alto and you do great things through kaleidoscopes and apica. also, i’ll miss hearing “hey nay” in the hallways :). good luck at UVA, and thank you so much for helping make my freshman year spectacular!

Lily Tan: Tara - I can't believe you are graduating soon! Thank you for being the best Boat, my Chamber twin, and an amazing friend! Can't wait to see what you do in college and beyond, gonna miss you so much!!

Maddie Popolow: TARA!! I love your fun energy and I know I'm going to miss it so much next year. But I am so glad we were also able to become friends this year outside of ethics bowl. Despite having to hear about your questionable decisions..., you always can make me laugh with your horrible jokes. UVA doesn't even know whats coming for them.

Isabella Dang: Thanks for being a really great and friendly Kaleidscopes leader! Good luck in college and beyond!

Nina Choi: TARAAA! Thanks for being such a great friend since my freshman year. Technically, we met when I toured KP in my eighth grade, and you made me feel so welcome (lowk foreshadowing Green Key co-prez!!) I will miss you so much next year but I know you're gonna do great things at UVA!

Sophia Brandstaedter: I'm so happy that we became friends this year and I wish you had worked at camp so we would've been friends sooner. Scarlett Gibby

Evelyne Mendelsohn: Hi Scar, good luck in college and have a great time! I will miss seeing you around the school next year!

Sajni Shah: For the past two years, you’ve always made spanish so much fun, and I never would’ve survived bio last year without you. I loved laughing at all the stories, the random mentions of la ambigüedad, and getting to show off our amazing acting skills with don juan and bernarda alba. For the next four years at college, I hope you keep improving your stop skills so we can finally beat dr medina, but most importantly, guau guau! You’re going to do great at union, and I hope you have a great time!

Morgan Reis: GIBBBBBYYYYY! I am going to miss you so much next year. You were such a good captain this year and I am so glad that I met you. Your positive energy and your uplifting attitude will be missed but I know you will do great things at Union. I will miss your high fives in the hallway and our races on the ice. Thank you for always giving me the best pump-up buddies snacks. You will be missed so much on the bus rides but your spirit will always remain. No one will forget your lip-syncing on the bus to Taylor Swift HAHHAHAHHAH. You are a great hockey player and I hope you will continue to play. Hope to see you on the hockey team at Union and I will totally visit.

Ceci Hirawat: gibby!! you're the sweetest person, thank you for being so kind and always being down to talk. i'm gonna miss you loads, i'm looking forward to our updates! lots of love ◡̈

Gabrielle Liberman: Hola Scarlett! Or should I say, nice pants Scarlett! I'm really going to miss having you in my Spanish class. You were super funny, and I loved getting to laugh at all the ambigüedad and "guau guau"s in class. As you go on to college, I hope you keep Don Juan, Lazarillo de Tormes, and Bernarda in your heart. If you take one thing from this note, let it be: "BERNAAAARDAAAAAAAA!" (Have an amazing time at college!)

Claire Cherill: Gibby! I am so glad to have had the honor of meeting you this year. You are one of, if not the kindest, most supportive, and sweetest people I know. You give the best compliments and always seem so interested and engaged. You honestly inspire me in every way. Seeing you smiling in the hallway always makes my day better. But your personality isn't the only thing that's winning, so are your hockey skills! You are an amazing captain and player who carried the team on and off the ice. Getting "lambasted" by Wuj next year won't be the same without you. I'll miss you so much next year, you better keep in touch! Have an amazing time at college!!!

Allison Ameo: Scarlett, thank you so much for always being the most cheerful, kind, and outgoing person!!! You’re always brightening everyone’s day and I am so grateful I met you in football!! You’re going to do AWESOME at Union but I’ll miss you a lot!! I can’t wait for you to do amazing things!

Misa Glover: Thank you for staying with me on the first couple days of school and helping me to get used to my new surroundings being a new student!

Alex Grushkin

Isabella Deng: Thanks for being a really cool friend and a great person to talk to! Good luck! P.S Give me your guinea pig photos...

Gabrielle Liberman: Yo Alex, what's popping? This year, in one word, has been sick. You are such a fun person, whether I spent time with you in NJYC, swimming, or here at school. I'm really going to miss all the Über jokes, the Slipknot t-shirts, and the hardcore Alto 2 energy you bring. I can't wait for our Spring Concert soon--it's going to be great! I'll miss you a lot here, but I hope you enjoy Rensselaer! Congrats :)

Maya Yie: Hi Alex, thank you for always being open and willing to answer my questions, whether about course registration or anything else! Your arrangement of Heavensward was amazing! We’ll miss you next year and good luck in college!

Lindsay Hausman

Hailey Downey: Lindsay, you were a great captain of XC and track! You are an amazing runner and student! I can't believe how fast you are! You will do great at Duke, good luck next year!

Isla Naik: Thanks for being a great xc/track team captain and teammate! You're always so positive and encouraging and I'm going to miss you next year! Good luck at Duke!!

Onelia Lupiani Khan: I love how you are always so charismatic and optimistic and you are such a wonderful person to be around. I hope you have a great time at Duke.

Aila Kennedy: Lindsay I am going to miss you SO MUCH next year. Thank you for being so patient with me in bio and always being the one to break the silence at our table when we are all confused. You have been the best bio buddy and I wish you all the best next year!

Anna Bultó: Dear Lindsay, You have been an amazing captain on the track and cross country teams, and we are all really going to miss you next year. You truly made my first year on the team a memorable one. I wish you the best of luck at Duke!

Maya Yie: Hi Lindsay, you’ve always been a great role model to look up to. Whether as Middle School Co-President or Track Captain, you’ve always been a great leader and you never fail to impress. I also enjoyed being in your math class this year! We’ll miss you next year and good luck in college!

Zoriana Horodysky

Savera Rigby: Hi Zoriana!! Thanks for being a great senior sister this year! You have made the transition into high school so much easier and more enjoyable! I hope you have a great time at Hamilton!

Alex Jones: Thanks for being my friend during the summer and teaching me about the school! Because of you I was a little less nervous on my first day! I hope I’ll see you in the summer!

Arabella Hubbauer

Samantha Haas: Hi Arabella!! I’m so glad we got paired together because you have been an amazing senior

sister. You are so sweet and i’m so grateful for how helpful you have been. The day we did activities together was so fun and I loved our silly conversations. You are literally the coolest and prettiest senior sister ever and I’m gonna miss you so much next year. Have so much fun at college!!!

Sydney Humes

Alyma Karbownik: SYDNEY! We only really began talking this year, but it's been so easy to talk to you. From the jump you were nice, always waving in the hallways, and very very funny. During BCA meetings, you r so good at public speaking and articulate your thoughts so well just straight off the top of your head. Seeing you be a leader has really been inspiring and I know you are going to do great things in college. Rest, relax, and enjoy these last few weeks bc it is very well deserved!

Alex Jones: HII SYD!!! Thank you so much for choosing me as your freshman sister. You’ve taught me so much this year and helped me adjust into the school. You mean so much to me and we should totally play mario kart again ❤️

Gabrielle Liberman: Hey Sydney! Physics class this year was a lot more fun with you in it. Thank you for joking around with me and giving me some great song recommendations. You also did a great job at the BCA Forum; your presentation was so interesting, and the discussion you facilitated was really cool and immersive. Everyone in the room seemed to be enjoying themselves, and I thought it was really well done. Temple is lucky to have you! I hope you have a great time in college :)

Kyrae Brock: Congrats on this next chapter in your life!! I'll miss talking to you about RHOA. Thank you for being such an amazing friend, you were one of the people who helped me feel comfortable being myself at KPS. I'll miss you so much! 🫶🏽

Jasmine Algarín: Hi Syd!! I can’t believe you’re leaving me behind </33.But I’m so, so happy for you and I'm so proud! My day instantly gets funnier and better when we hang out. You’ve been there for me through so much, and I really can't thank you enough. I don't know what I would've done if you weren't there. I’m going to miss you so much, don’t forget to come back and visit!! <3

Giordan Ismael

Annabelle Chow: Dear Giordan, It's so surreal writing this note to you because I can't believe that you're already graduating! This year went by so fast and I wanted to thank you for all that you've done for me. Thank you for being such an amazing Senior Sister---you made the beginning of my freshman year so much more fun and comfortable. I'm going to really miss you next year, but I hope you have the best time at Columbia and I can't wait to hear all about it! Please come back to visit and hopefully we can stay in touch! Here's to a great end of your many years at Kent Place. Congratulations!!!

Addison Ismael: I’m gonna miss you so much😢

Sana Jaffrey

Olivia Zhang: Sana, thank you for being a great senior sister this year! You have been super sweet and you are an amazing singer. Congrats on moving onto your next chapter in life and I hope you enjoy USC!

Gabrielle Liberman: Hi Sana! Congrats on all your musical success this year. Your solo in STAR was really beautiful, and I always loved hearing you sing. You were an amazing asset to the Soprano section, and you really inspired me this year. I wish you the best with whatever you decide to pursue next!

Lily Kaplan

Gabrielle Liberman: Hey Lily! I'm so glad I've gotten to know you better this year in our Spanish Literature class. You made me laugh during so many classes, and I loved those moments of when we were both totally lost and we'd just look at each other and shrug. As you go on to college, I hope you remember the trickery of Don Juan, the lunacy of Maria Josefa, and, of course, all the ambigüedad. If you were to take one this from this note, just remember, Guau guau!

Shivani Shah: I'm going to miss you in lacrosse so much!!! Live it up in college!!!

Reilly Doyle: Hi Lily! You have been the best senior sister, you are so kind and actually the funniest person ever!

Lacrosse has been so fun with you, I hope you have the best time at college!

Elina Kapur

Sophie Capone: Congrats on Bowdoin Elina!! We’ll miss you on the tennis team next year and your cheerful attitude!

Keira Kapur: You are a cool person and I hope you enjoy college.

Tara Khurana: Thank you so much for being such a great senior sister!!!! I'll miss you so much next year, good luck at Bowdoin :)

Jacquelyn Reig: You are such a talented performer and an amazing Treblemakers leader. It will not be the same without you somehow getting us through challenging music and performing incredible pieces at different events. Good luck in college!!

Sofia Keri

Sophia Brandstaedter: Thanks for being the left defense Sofia to my right defense Sophia. Between always moving positions together in soccer, Spanish, Anatomy, and Georgetown, I'm so glad we got closer this year. I will miss you next year!

Megan Llewellyn-Jones: Good bye Sofia! It was a blast being on the soccer team with you and thank you for driving me everywhere in your awesome Jeep. Have a great time at college and we will all miss you! (yes I did use the same closing as the soccer seniors note, but like how do you end something like this) :)

Colette Gentile: Congratulations on senior year! Thanks for being so friendly and welcoming in Ethics Chats Club last year, and for being an amazing FBLA president this year. Best of luck at Notre Dame! You're going to do great! :)

Liz Khidekel

Maddie Popolow: LIZZZZZZZZZYYYYY. Liz where do I even start. I am so so so happy that bioethics brought us together last year and our friendship has grown better this year. Daily carpool and our morning debriefs give me life. I am going to be in shambles when you graduate. Like literally what am I supposed to do... handle maya by myself??? Anyways. I'm going to miss you so much next year but I can't wait to come see you at Tulane <3

Brooke Dambrot: Hi Liz! Thanks for welcoming me to Kent Place and being such a great senior sister. Hope you have fun at Tulane. Good luck!

Ava Guarino: Congrats Liz!!! Physics was so fun this year, and I'm going to miss you!! Have so much fun at Tulane

Gabrielle Liberman: Hey Liz! Thanks for being such a great leader of JCS, and for doing so much for Jewish education around Kent Place. Your hard work to bring in the Holocaust speaker was really impactful, and overall, you've been such a great advocate for all of us. I also really enjoyed having you in Physics. You make group work a lot more fun, and I always got a kick out of hearing your stories about babysitting, ballet, or forgetting Maya Shpilsky that one time. I hope you enjoy Tulane!

Maya Shpilsky: LIZACHKA!!!! I literally don’t know what I’m going to do without you. You and I in our little восточная сказка every day is my only fuel. You are the core of our carpool and i wouldn’t want it any other way. I can’t believe it’s been a whole year already- it feels like only yesterday that little sophomore maddie was shotgun all the time. I love you so so so much and I can’t even tell you how much i’m going to miss spending time with you. russian childhood trauma bonds forever 🤞🤞🤞I LOVE YOU. xoxo mayechka

Roshni Kopparapu

Tara Nash: Hey my favorite orchestra gal goth girly pop MIT queen!! I'm so happy that we became friends this year and I'm so sad that you're leaving so soon :(. Have a fun time robotizing at MIT! PS I still have your email saved...

Olivia Zhang: I'm going to miss you so, so much. From being my science olympiad leader to being in all my orchestras and then to laughing at my lack of intelligence, you've been a huge inspiration and influence for me in just this one year. Calling you an amazing friend is an understatement. You've let me rant, you've listened to me play my violin rhythmless, and most of all, you've been a role model for not just me but many others as well. I'm tearing up writing this but I just wanted to let you know that MIT is so fortunate to have you and I know you. will have an amazing future ahead of you, with or without me. You've done so incredibly much for me and I promise I will pay it forward. Thank you Roshni.

Diana Reig: Roshni, it is with great sadness that I must accept your departure from Kent Place. I suppose that you must go on to achieve great things in college, but, alas, nothing will ever compare to the Science Olympiad impulsively purchased cookie cake or that late night facetime where you witnessed the collective mental breakdown of Sajni, Sneha, and me over the chem lab report due at 11:59. You have taught me the valuable lesson of embracing humor in stressful times and have always been an amazing friend because of your wise advice and encouragement. Although I will miss you next year, I sincerely wish you all the best as you embark on your college journey - I know that you will achieve great things and I can only hope that you will remember us back at Kent Place fondly. Good luck at MIT!!

Isabella Deng: 🌸💗🌷🍧Dear Roshni.🌸💗🌷🍧 I am going to flood this note with hot pink emojis that you will probably find cringe.🦩🦩 Thank you for being an incredible🌷 friend (despite the fact that you fired/kicked 💌me out/impeached me from/I quit myself {???} from science Olympiad).🍡🍡🍡💌 It's amazing how 🍬kind and mature you are to🌸🌸 everyone, and thank you for constantly being willing to help me out with any questions about cour🎀se registration, and the Kent Place matrix 💕in general. 🌺🌺You were always there for me, from drawing bob🪄 on my hand to letting me blast Mitski in your car while discussing our child💐hood backstories. Whenever you said hello to me in the halls, it 🍇genuinely made my day a lot better. Thank you for being you.🫀🫀 P.S.You have become the pineapple. You have stood tall, worn a crown, and are sweet on the inside :,D P.P.S. Have you heard of boffa..?

Natalie Weker and Sajni Shah: nerd.

Jane Cepeda: Thank you for being such a great senior sister! You were so nice and welcoming to me. It has been cool getting to know you this year. Best of luck in college and you will do great at MIT!

Angela Hong: Hi Roshni! Thank you for being a wonderful Science Olympiad leader! I will miss asking you so many questions and remember to send me your resume :DDD

Natalie Weker: Wormi, I think this was the hardest SIS note to write for me. I was literally in the middle of drafting it when you came over on the afternoon of the 15th, 3:56 pm, which is why I slammed my computer shut. Even though you’re an emo nerd who is the embodiment of darkness herself, you still manage to brighten up my day (like the juxtaposition?). Science Olympiad with you was one of my favorite parts of my Upper School experience, and our absolute DOMINATION of the rocks and minerals event will always give me motivation to do better in life. You really have inspired me and helped me see that a career in physics is not just a theory, but something that I can really have and achieve. I am going to miss you so much next year, from playing poke-the-Roshni and all the ur mom jokes to the cookie cakes and your emoness. Your faith in me has really encouraged me to push myself. You were always there to talk to, even if one of us was in la classe du Francais. I really don’t know what I’ll do without you next year, but at least you’ll only be a few hours away. You will totally be able to sneak in for Astronomy next year, becuase we are the dream team. You have the ability to do amazing things, and I can’t wait to meet you on the stage in Stockholm. With love, Natalie Weker

Dvita Bhattacharya: ✨ Dear Roshni ✨, our bold, brilliant emo gorl - I am going to miss you so much next year. Since freshman year, you have been there for us in Science Olympiad with awkward emotional support, academic advice, and impulsively bought cookie cake. You were a fantastic CodeBusters teammate and a fearless leader, and I am going to miss our unhinged conversations so much (I maintain that urine is sterile). You are incredibly intelligent, and I have no doubt that you will morph into an eccentric, goth genius in a few years. Remember to text us while you're off making things explode and doing *discrete mathematics* at MIT.

Maya Yie: Hi Roshni, I can’t believe you’re graduating! I feel like I’ve known you forever. Remember Middle School Trio with Nora? A short lived, but amazing experience. We were even on the KPS website! (Remember 6,7,8? :)) And just in case you don’t remember our winter carols, Mexican music, etc. and haven’t saved these videos by Mr. Woodiel, here they are: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HiXSyFwXnmk, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0vUTieyju0c (you may have to type out these links, but it’ll be worth it!). Through NJYS, middle school trio, our amazing math table last year, the Hackathon citation generator, being Orchestra standpartners, etc. (I’m probably missing something and I know you can fill it in), I’ve enjoyed getting to know you all these years. And thank you for always being willing to answer my questions about college, etc.! I’ll miss you next year and good luck at MIT!

Miranda Wang: Thank you for being an amazing ap chem table mate this year! I am so happy to have had the chance to get to know you this year through all the classes, discussions, and last-minute, 12 am work on group lab reports. Thank you for always being willing to share advice and offer help to anyone who needs it! We will miss you next year, but we know you will go on to do great things (perhaps in discreet math?). Best of luck in the future and at MIT!!

Nia Gitau: Roshni!! You are quite literally my hero. Thank you for always being such a great support to me and not getting annoyed by my incessant email questions. You made the last two years of Science Olympiad and Robotics such an unforgettable experience. Congrats on MIT!! I’ll miss you :))

Claire Cherill: Roshni, experiencing your company over the last two years has been great. I still remember last year when you were trying to explain some of your math homework to me, and it went about as well as you could expect. It still stands out in my mind as a reason to never pursue math to that level, especially on my own. Besides your math skills, you bring a lot to the table: a great PG sense of humor, an epic makeup game, and a whole lot more! Science Olympiad and the school as a whole will not be the same without you. I'll miss you next year, and have a great time at MIT!!

Sajni Shah: Just so you know, I definitely did not write this at midnight on the day of the Six Flags trip (which is probably when you will be reading this). I plan ahead. But no, I did not forget about you. I just had no idea what to say. You've been an amazing Science Olympiad Leader for the past two years, and I'll definitely miss the catastrophe that was the Kent Place Robotics team. But more importantly, I think I'll miss the cookie cake and playing poke-the-Roshni every time I see you in the hallways. You’re going to do amazing things, and I’m going to miss you so much next year. The school won't be the same without your emoness. Good luck at MIT!

Ariel Lowe

Kimberly Pritchett: Thanks for being such a great Senior Sister. Good luck at Hampton, I know you'll do great things!!

Gabrielle Liberman: Hey Ariel! I'm so glad we got to know each other better this year. I loved getting bubble tea with you and laughing over the fact that neither of us could ever find Seema. You are such a sweet person, and I hope you really enjoy your college experience.

Kyrae Brock: Hey Ariel!! I'm going to miss you so much but I know you're going on to better things. Thank you for always being there to listen to my rants lol. I really enjoy our walks in town. Good luck in college! ❣️

Kay Lyon

Mia Ramos: Hi Kay! I can't believe its already been a year since I first met you and you are OFFICIALLY graduating! You have honestly been the best senior sister and you are one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I hope you have the best time at Duke!

Maddie Popolow: KAY!! I am so happy I have gotten the chance to get close to you through field hockey and having Comp Sci with you!! I know I can always go to you to ask for any advice about anything. I am going to miss your competitive nature and energy you bring to the team next year but I am so excited for you going off to Duke!!

Nina Choi: HI KAY BAE! You are quite literally the sweetest person ever and I can't thank you enough for all the advice you have given me, especially this past year. I will miss you so much and I know you're going to have the best time studying BME (YUHHH) at Duke! CONGRATS xo

Cassie Miller: Hey Kay! I've had so much fun with you in softball these past few years, and have really appreciated your kindness, advice, and leadership. I will miss you next year. Best of luck at Duke!

Avery Klein-Maggio: Hey Captainnnnn! You are such a good softball player and I love having you on the team. You are such a positive influence on everyone and Im gonna miss you so much!! I hope you have the best time at Duke, your gonna eat it up. Come visit pls! -Avery

Luna Markels

Willa Gross: Hi Luna! Thanks for being my senior sister this year, I hope you have a great time at Yale, you deserve it so much.

Sekai Marques

Lorelei Gustafson-Johnson: SEKAI!! It has been an absolute pleasure getting to know you this year! I really enjoyed being in Clue with you :) You're such a hilarious person and always great to talk to. I wish you (and McCarthy) the best of luck in college!

Morwen Xu: Hi! I'll miss you so much!!!!! You've always been so open and fun and awesome and every positive adjective since I first met you when I was in 8th grade. Can you believe that???? I've known you since I was in 8th grade. It's been a while huh? Anyway. Love you. Have fun in college :D

Isabella Deng: Dear Sekai, Thank you for being an incredible friend this year, and someone I can always count on to make the most cursed 5-paragraph essay gmail chains with. It is incredible how kind and passionate you are to everyone around you, and I strive to have the same kind of enthusiasm that you do. You were always someone I could count on, and every time you waved at me in the halls and said hi (srsly what is the radius???), it made my day a lot better and serotoniney :). I'm really grateful for all your help this year and really appreciate how I got to know you this year. Also, I think that we have almost the exact same sense of humor, which both really impresses me and seriously concerns me. I'm going to miss you a lot, please keep in touch and come visit! :D Go kill it in film and beyond 💪 💪 💪 💪 💪 P.S.Keyboard Leaf

Jacquelyn Reig: Sekai, you are so funny and talented. You are such an amazing person to be around and the kps theatre department will always miss your humor and incredible talent. As much as I hope you will fail PE and stay for another year, I know you will do incredible things in the future! We will miss you!

Ava Lewis: Hey Sekai, I hope you had a great senior year. You were always so kind and freindly to me the whole school year and I hope you continue to pursue your passions in the near future. Good Luck!

Mia Ramos: Dear, Sekai! YOU ARE MY FAV "dumb dumb man" EVER! Seeing you play Cornell Mustard was such a highlight in my year. You are such a talented and amazing actor and I wish I could do 100000 more shows with you. All of your improved lines are my favorite, and you need to bring McCarthy back for a leaf signing. Whenever you drop an album I will be the first person in line. I can't wait to see what big things are coming your way.

Gabrielle Liberman: Sekai. Or should I say, COLONEL MUSTARD! Or, alternatively, should I say, THE MOST DASHING VAMPIRE ALIVE! You and your characters have definitely brought the school a lot of joy this year. You are so enthusiastic about what you do and on top of that, just hilarious--I think you're going to have a great time at college, no doubt. Just remember, plants always work as hiding places, and if I can't see you, you most certainly cannot see me.

Ceci Hirawat: sekai! i'm so glad we were able to bond this year ◡̈ our ballet interpretation with sound effects will forever be my favorite thing. mccarthy will miss you most of all, but don't worry, we'll take care of him for you <3

Mariana Pirez Ramirez: Sekai, you are so much fun to be around! I enjoy talking to you and having the experience of working with you in Clue. You were always very supportive. You will be missed and I wish you didn't have to leave! Even though you are leaving, I know you're going to be amazing in the film industry. Have fun in college!

Megan Llewellyn-Jones: Good bye Sekai! I am honored to have been in a show with the legendary Riser, Hello Girls are some of my favorite memories and your song is still my favorite. You are an amazing super cool person who I and everyone else is really going to miss. Have a great time at college! :)

Colette Gentile: SEKAI!!! I know you already know this, but Captain Riser and General Pershing are actually the best duo ever, and I’m going to really miss seeing you at rehearsal and in the halls and in Dance Tech next year. Thank you for being so kind and welcoming to me as a freshman last year, because it meant a lot having a friendly face whenever I went in to practice lines or learn blocking. I’m also going to miss your INCREDIBLE PerfCo skits, because you are super talented and funny and creative. But who knows? Maybe you’ll graduate from PerfCo to Saturday Night Live. In that case, I promise I will get a ticket and come see you and brag about how I knew you in high school. Best of luck at Emerson and beyond! :)

Colette Gentile: SEKAI!!! Thank you for being so kind and welcoming to me as a freshman last year, because it meant a lot having a friendly face whenever I went in to practice lines or learn blocking. In that case, I promise I will get a ticket and come see you and brag about how I knew you in high school. Best of luck at Emerson and beyond! :)

Anabella Mendieta-Frost: Sekai, I loved getting to know you this year and going to Improv club with you!! You're an incredibly talented and hilarious actor, especially as Colonel Mustard in Clue. Have a great time in college next year!

We’ll miss you next year and good luck in college!

Nia Gitau: Dear Sekai, The chorale altos are devastated to lose such a valuable member. And by chorale altos I mean me. Despite this disappointment, I’d still like to (reluctantly) congratulate you on graduating (and leaving the altos). I’ll be sure to carry on the sisterlocked legacy in your absence. You’re so talented and I can’t wait to see what you do next! (Hopefully it involves Armand.)

From Poetry Out Loud to theater and Improv Club, you have been a really great friend, and I'm glad we've made so many memories together. Best of luck at University of Richmond!! I know you're going to do great things :)

Mia Ramos: Veronica! You have been one of the best improv leaders to ever exist. I am so happy I got to meet you and I am so happy that you worked so hard in creating the most amazing club ever and we hope to keep your improv club legacy forever. Perfco and improve club will miss you forever! Always remember, "you're something else"

Eden Ekong-Reid: Thank you for always being in my corner and being so positive. I hope all your dreams come true in college!

Jocelyn Ameo: Hey Veronica! You’ve been a fantastic improv club leader, fencing captain and friend every year I’ve known you! I’ll miss you very much and can’t wait to see you again when you drop into one of our fencing games! Best of luck in college, you got this!

Anabella Mendieta-Frost: Veronica, I had so much fun during Improv club with you!! You and Sekai's emails were iconic and you were a hilarious club leader. I hope you have a great time at Richmond next year!!

Allison Ameo: Veronica, I’m going to miss your pep talks and talking during chorale so much next year!! I’m so happy I got to spend my freshman year with you and you’re going to do great in college!!

Deysi Rodriguez: It’s was nice getting to know you over the past two years in class and sports! Have fun in college!!

Maya Yie: Hi Veronica, it’s been great getting to know you these past few years! You organized SIS notes last year (I have continued to write as many as I can :)), and now you get your own! I loved being in your Spanish class two years ago, talking to you at a Green Key Open House, and interacting briefly in Fencing :). I have also always loved reading (and not deleting, unlike other clubs’ emails) the amazing Improv Club emails (you will see that I have attached a screenshot). We’ll miss you next year and good luck in college!

Natalie Weker: I am going to keep this short because I really don't know how to say all of this. You are such an amazing person, even if a little naive at times ;). You are such a supportive person, and I am going to miss you so much next year. You are such a kind person, as well as writing the funniest emails I have ever read. Good luck next year, and don't forget to text!!!!!

Annalisa Abbate: Veronica, congrats on graduating!!! Thank you for being an incredible Baggywrinkle leader and fencing captain! I can't imagine Baggywrinkle without you! Chloe Miccolis

Mariel Ryan: Hi Chloe!
Being your freshman sister this year has been so much fun. I hope you have such a good time at Duke and you will be amazing on their lacrosse team! Kent Place will definitely miss you and can't wait to see all of the amazing things you do.

Marissa Mikosh

Molly Brozowski: I will miss you so much at KPS but you are going to kill it at BC!! Have the best time and can't wait to see all the great things you do!

Isabella Deng: It was nice having you in Chinese this year :) Good luck in College and beyond!

Nina Choi: HI RIZZO!! I can't believe you're graduating and leaving me next year :( rip PP. Field hockey was the best with you and you were such an amazing captain. I think one of my favorite moments from this season was us rushing to get to the pool party with you driving while double-fisting a bagel and water. oh and of course this was right after you walked into the bagel place barefoot (classic Ed behavior lol). I will miss you so much and hope you have the best time at BC!

Lily B Miller

Maddie Popolow: LILY B. My Andy Grammar loving, presidential, ginger queen. I miss field hockey season so much. Picture this, you driving me home while I give you the worst directions and Fresh Eyes is playing in the background. Its moments like these that I will miss next year </3 But seriously, I am so glad we became friends because you are so funny and just fun to be around. Go build some bridges at Notre Dame #civil engineer

Miranda Wang: Thanks for being a great Windward leader this year! I really enjoyed all the meetings and planning the magazine, thanks for always being willing to give advice or suggestions. Best of luck in the future!

Tessa Vuchic: Lily B, you were an awesome senior sister for me! Congrats, and have fun at Notre Dame!

Sophia Miller

Kathryn Cepeda: Sophia!!! Where do I even start - Thank you for always being the best golf captain and friend I could ask for, not sure what I will do without you next year, but I can't wait to watch you kill it at Duke! #goheels

Maddie Popolow: SOPHIAAAA. What am I supposed to do without such a crucial part of Smokey Meat next year? I don't know how to cope. But I do know that you were such an amazing captain and definitely made me a better field hockey player. And I hate to admit it but I think you gave me a chocolate milk addiction, what can I say, you have good taste. Spain with you was also so much fun and I now know to never wear sheep pants to the airport. I'm going to miss your crazy energy next year but I'm sure that you are going to have so much fun with Duke field hockey.

Libby Franklin: You are so sweet and funny

Nina Choi: Thanks for being such a fun and amazing friend and teammate! Your fhockey skills are absolutely insane (not as amazing as your Justin Bieber painting tho) and KPVFH will be missing you next year. BUT I know and can't wait to watch you tear up the field at Duke. Congrats! p.s. I will miss your mom's guac at tailgates too :0

Angelica Nwachuku: HEYY field hockey x track x golf queen. I'm gonna miss you and your many stories that you told during winter track. Pls quit Chianti girl they don't deserve you but wait until after I visit cause I want a discount. Your dancing skills are truly superior and I'll miss your energy at literally every social function and dance. KILL IT AT DUKE

Madi Moore

Angelica Nwachuku: Madi. Don't even know what to say for u but words can't express how much I'm gonna miss you next year. Genuinely my comfort person. Thank u for being my second sister and blueprint. From middle school to now I've always looked up to you which prob wasn't smart back then but now it is bc you've become one of the most emotionally mature, levelheaded people I know. Ava Nalavala

Maddie Popolow: Ava! I have had so much fun these past couple of years getting to play sports with you. You are always so determined on the field but also a great friend off the field! I'm sad that this is our last season playing together but I know you are going to have sooooo much fun at Vanderbilt <3

Tessa Vuchic: Congrats Ava! You are an amazing sister and it is awesome that you are going to Vanderbilt! Anchor down!

Sophie Ewart: Hi Ava!

Victoria Ng

Geo Thatch: I'll miss u next year mush mom

Medha Sahay: Vivi - Congrats on graduating :) You have been so nice to me this year and I thoroughly enjoyed ambushing you during STIX. You're going to do amazing things at Carnegie Mellon!!

Sajni Shah: Victoria, I can’t believe you’re graduating this year, so I’m going to ask you to reconsider your decision– the class of 2024 is better anyways. However, if you choose not to comply with this request, keep reading. Even though we only really started talking more this year, you’ve been there for me whenever I needed to vent or whenever I needed help with anything. I've often thought about how kind you are, but I now realize that "kind" doesn't really capture who you are. Regardless, I’m so glad I got to know you, and I’m going to miss you and Bert so much next year. Even though I won’t admit it openly, I’ll miss being your minion too. Block G won’t be the same without me invading your independent study meetings or without me hearing about your new man of the hour. I’ll miss our random conversations, the constant game pigeon messages, and stalking you in your designated spots in the library. You’re an incredible person, and you’ve impacted me so much this year. I know you’re going to do even more amazing things in the future. Good luck in college!

Evelyn Melendi: Hi Vivi!! You are so nice and it is fun going to school with you. I loved seeing you at gymnastics competitions last year! Good luck at CMU!

Hailey Downey: I'll miss our random "hi"s in the hallways and our Harry Style concert/facetime during another concert! Good luck at Carnegie Mellon next year Vivi!! You will do great things!

Jacquelyn Reig: Vivi! Thank you for always being such a kind person that I can greet in the halls and talk to during my frees. You are going to do amazing things, good luck in college!

Mia Ramos: Dear, Vivi! I am so glad I met you this year. I will always look forward to our very long and much needed conversations. I am going to miss you so much next year <3

Ceci Hirawat: vivi!! thank you for being an amazing peer ed leader and always being there for me ◡̈ you're so sweet and always willing to listen. carnegie mellon isn't ready <3

Emma Geppel: Hi Vivi! You have been a great senior sister to me and were so welcoming when I first met you! You are so kind and it's been awesome getting to know you. hope you have fun at college next year!
-Emma

Natalie Weker: Victoria,
I will do my best to cry while writing this because I know it is what you want. I am so mad at start of the year Natalie, who was scared of talking to you because it meant it delayed our friendship :( Getting to know you has honestly been one of the best parts of junior year (Bert holding the number one spot of course). I’m going to miss the climbing and guitar videos and complaints about Physics (maybe you’ll be on the receiving end of those next year) so much. You’re such an amazing person, genuinely kind and so so smart. It's really so hard to believe that you’re going to be in college next year, but you better text. That is a threat if you couldn’t tell. I’m going to miss Bert so much next year, it’s so hard to believe that he is going to be six (6????) hours away. I know that you are going to do incredible things in the future. Good luck at CMU!!!!!!
Natalie Weker

Maya Yie: Hi Vivi, it was great getting to know you this year! I loved being your tablemate in math class! Thank you for always being willing to answer our many questions about senior year classes, college, etc. almost always during class :) (and thank you for being the first one to write a senior will for Ballast)! I’ll miss you next year and good luck at CMU!

Ms. Cohen: Vivi, you are one of my special English class "two-'fers"-- we started with Contemporary Fiction; we ended with Local Literature. I know you will keep reading so much and observing and asking great questions and exploring no matter where you go or what you do. The picture is the actual illustration that accompanied the New Yorker's publication of David Means' "The Secret Goldfish." It's kind of weird.

Miranda Wang: Thank you for being an amazing friend these past two years! I will always remember physics labs, our off-topic conversations in multi, and, of course, Bert. You are so smart, funny, and wise, and you are an inspiration to everyone around you! I am so grateful that I had the chance to get to know you. I will miss you so much next year, stay in touch (aka expect many messages and visits). I know you will go on to do amazing things and be the best computer engineer :) Best of luck in the future and at CMU!

Julienne Kwan: Thank you for being a great table mate this year! Stat would not have been the same without you. Good luck at Carnegie Mellon!!

Nana Yaa Oduro-Manu

Alyma Karbownik: NANA YAA! What a person you are. I remember sophomore year when we had math together and automatically you were so easy to talk to. Half of the class would be us just complaining about school or you telling me how terrible the CHP was. Math was one of my favorite classes then just because it gave me half an hour to rant about something. Then we had our BCA meetings and events and anytime I felt nervous you helped me feel so much more calm - especially during the forum. Seeing you be a leader and the way you speak and run meetings is very inspiring. I'll miss just waving to you in the hallways a million times a day but you are no doubt going on to bigger and better things. Congrats on everything!

Drew Henry: Congratulations on finishing senior year! You’re such an amazing senior sister, I’ll miss you!!

Alex Jones: Spending time with you this year was really fun! Thanks for keeping me focused on my assignments during my frees! I’ll miss you next year 🫶🏽

Kyrae Brock: Hey Nana Yaa!!I remember first meeting you during PE last year when it was time to meet someone new, and was a little nervous lol. But I'm glad that I met you then! You are a role model to me and someone I can look up to. You've given me advice on how to handle situations in the present and future, and I am forever grateful for that. I'll miss beating you in Uno and scaring you in the CFI. Thank you for consistently being there for me, and I know you will go on to do amazing things in life. Good luck in college!! 💕

Kyrae Brock: Thank you for being such an amazing friend and I hope that you have much success at your new school! -KyB

Catherine Paris

Ella Culligan: Hi Catherine, Thank you for being my senior sister, I really the activities at the beginning of the year! Good luck at Notre Dame!

Angela Hong: Hi Catherine! Thank you for being a wonderful History Club Leader and Senate President! Congrats on graduating and good luck at college next year!

Miranda Wang: It was so great being on the ethics bowl team with you! Thanks for always being willing to talk to everyone and give advice. We will miss you a lot next year, best of luck in the future!

Delia Callahan: Hey Jessica! I loved having you as my senior sister. I am going to miss you next swim season. You were such a great role model and cheered for everyone. I will miss you next year! Hope you have so much fun at college!

Skylar Li: I love saying hi to you in the hallways! You're so nice, and you never fail to make me laugh. Thank you for always giving me good advice and answering all my questions. I'll miss you so much next year. Good luck and have fun at Cornell!

Seema Parmar

Shivani Shah: Thanks for making Spanish class and Math Club so fun!

Keira Kapur: You are so nice and I am inspired by you.

Isabella Deng: Thanks for being a great math facilitation leader! You were always very willing to help and answer any questions! Good luck in college and beyond! - Isabella :D

Maddie Popolow: Seema!! You have been such an amazing math club co-leader and I definitely could not have handled this year without all your help! I'm going to miss you next year but I am so excited for you and your future at Penn!

Sajni Shah: I’m so glad I got to know you better this year (though there are things I wish I never learned). You’re one of the kindest people I know, and you always go out of your way to check in on others. I just want to wish you the best of luck with your 8-10 year plan, and I know UPenn is going to be extremely appreciative of your love for flexibility, though I certainly will miss your passion for it.

Claire Cherill: Seema! It's been so nice getting to know you these last few months. I'll miss getting excessive amounts of emails from you next year and conversing in the hallway instead of working. Your nights of deliberation quotes will be remembered and referenced for years to come. Good luck with your flexibility training and have a great time at UPenn!!

Dvita Bhattacharya: Dear Seema..... congratulations on graduating, you bold, brilliant (somewhat masochistic, because you're majoring in Mathematics) woman in STEM. I am so happy I got to know you over these last two years. You never cease to be a lovably questionable influence, and you have provided me with some truly stimulating conversation. You're smart, motivated and highly innovative (call me once you start manufacturing those calculators.... I would like one), and I know you're going to do great things at UPenn. Don't forget to come visit us once in a while :)

Jacquelyn Reig: Seema! Thank you for being such a great friend I could rely on for advice or math help and for always remembering to offer to get me food from summit :). You are such a sweet and funny person and I always look forward to seeing you in the hall, in math lab, or in boxwood. I am going to miss you so much but good luck at upenn! (and dont worry I will always be sure to text you when I need math help next year)

Sophia Brandstaedter: I don't know why it took us this long to become friends but I'm so glad we did. I don't know what I am going to do in orchestra without you next year. Thanks for giving me advice and for all of the good conversations during orchestra. I'm going to miss you next year!

Gabrielle Liberman: Seema, I am so lucky that I got to know you this year. You are one of the kindest people I've ever met, and talking to you has made me look at the world in new ways. I am really going to miss you. I'll miss you frantically doing your Spanish homework before class, I'll miss your obsession with saying "ironically or unironically?", I'll miss going to Boxwood with you and pretending we're going to do our homework until we just end up talking, and I'll miss you saying "Shut up Gabi" when I've said something especially out of pocket. It feels like the time has flown by--it has a funny tendency to move much quicker when you're around. I hope you really enjoy your time at UPenn. Just remember not to get too worried about all the clubs you want to join and all the world issues you want to solve--just be yourself and, knowing you, success will follow. Beneath this text box, there is an option to upload a photo. I seriously considered uploading a picture of you standing in front of the Frida Kahlo painting at MOMA, but because I am a kind and considerate person, and I know how you feel about Frida Kahlo, I have abstained. You can thank me later. As I close out this note, I want to make sure to thank you. Seema, thank you for making my year so much better, and thank you for being you. - Gabrielle

Ceci Hirawat: seema!! my debate, math, and flexibility queen. you're such a sweet and funny person, and i'm so excited to hear about the incredible things you'll accomplish. will always and forever be quoting your night of deliberation speeches <3

Mia Ramos: Seema! I am so so glad I got to know you this year. I look forward to seeing you every single day and our conversations. You are the best head of judiciary (even though you have a minor)! I am going to forever miss you and your math club emails! I hope you and rishi become besties next year<3

Angela Hong: Hi Seema! Thank you for being a wonderful Math Club Leader! Congrats on graduating and good luck in college next year!

Anabella Mendieta-Frost: Silly Seema, it was so fun getting to know you this year!! I had a great time talking to you during PE and in the hallways, but you'd better keep in touch like those seniors from when you were a freshman did. I hope you have an amazing time at Penn next year!

Miranda Wang: Thank you for always being willing to share advice and talk to everyone! We will miss you next year, best of luck in the future! We know you will go on to do great things.

Natalie Weker: Stay away from windows next year

Olivia Zhang: Seema I figured out how to get a SIS note in after the deadline!! I am so happy I met you this year. You have been incredibly kind, helpful and an admirable leader. I love you so much and I wish you the best of luck at UPENN.

Zoe Evans: Hi Seema, I know I told you that I didn’t write a sis note for you but I wanted you to be surprised. Technically we met in primary school and I was actually really scared of you in primary. But this year actually having a real conversation with you I realized that you are one of the nicest person that I’ve ever met. Thank you for helping me with math and taking time out of your very busy schedule to talk to me. Kent place is going to be so sad without you. I am still going to harass you and make sure you are having fun in collage. UPenn is going to be 100 times better because of you. I’m going to miss you so much.

Lola Possick

Helen Wu: hi lolo!! congrats on graduation, though i will def miss seeing you 24/7. you make affa proud and i cant wait to see the amazing things you'll do in college. thank you for everything <3 happy graduation again :)

Charlotte Post-Lipnick

Ms. Cohen: Charlotte, you are one of my special English class "two-'fers", we started together in Contemporary Fiction, and we're ending with Local Literature. I admire your willingness to engage in weird, complicated art, whether it's 'Nothing to See Here,' 'Drive Your Plow over the Bones of the Dead' or 'Cloven Kingdom.' To quote your excellent paper, "What's it all about? Monkeys?"

Julia Messerman: It has been so nice working with you on JCS, you were an amazing club leader and always came up with such amazing ideas. Good luck in college, I look forward to hearing all about what you do at Hamilton.

Isha Talpade: Charlotte congrats! I have looked up to you in orchestra since 9th grade and it is amazing how you lead all 10 of us. I hope you have an amazing experience in college and visit once in a while. :)

Cece Reali

Madeline Mon: Dear Cece, Good luck in 2024! Although we do not see each other a lot, you have been so nice and willing to help me with any questions I have about high school. I am grateful for that, and just for everything else you have helped with. Thank you for all you have done for me this year, and I hope you have a great collage experience! From, Madeline

Sara Richardson

Isha Talpade: Hey Sara, it is has been so awesome hanging with you the past two years and I have had a lot of fun with you at softball. You are so easy to talk to and incredibly funny. Cali is lucky to have you. I have an amazing time at Scripps <3.

Anna Bultó: Dear Sara, Thank you so much for being a wonderful senior sister, and a friendly face in the halls. I wish you all the best at Scripps next year!

Heidi Rosely

Maddie Popolow: HEIDIIII. Omg. I am going to miss you so much next year. You were such an amazing field hockey this past season always leading the team while also bringing so much energy. I don't think that anyone can ever try to match the energy you brought to Italian Stallions. I also miss how fire our spanish table was last year and the way we won all the extra credit competitions. I'm so sad to see you go but I know you are going to love Hopkins and show the lax team who is boss.

Lyla Sartorius: You were such a great senior sister and I can't believe you guys are graduating already. Good luck at Hopkins I hope your season is great! We'll all miss you and congrats!

Morgan Reis: Heidi, I want to thank you for being a great person and captain. You were my captain for field hockey and lacrosse. You were a great leader and you always made me smile. Your jokes were always funny and your energy was always positive. You are such a great field hockey player and an amazing lacrosse goalie. I am going to miss you so much next year but I know you will do great things. Never forget our matching sweater day!

Olivia Santoro

Maddie Popolow: Olivia!!! I am going to miss you next yearrrrrr. Through field hockey and bioethics I am so glad we were able to build a friendship. Besides you consistently clowning me in the bioethics group chat, I always know I can talk to you about anything. Field hockey seasons with you were also so much fun and doing DPCs was easily my favorite part of practice because we would just talk and pay no attention. I am going to miss having you at school and as my goalie next year, but I know you are going to love BC!!

Karen Kisza: Hey Olivia! Thank you for being such an amazing senior sister this year!! You always make my day brighter when I see you in the halls between classes and say "Hey Karen!" or bring me Starbucks in the morning :) You make Peer Ed really fun and I'm looking forward to our next meeting! Good luck at BC, I'm so proud of you! I hope you enjoy your summer before becoming a freshman for the second time and have an amazing next four years. Love, your freshman sister Karen <3

Maddie Popolow: Ella!! I am so happy bioethics brought us together. Our mutual hatred for canaries grew our friendship (#thanks abby) and I am so grateful for that! I had so much fun being symposium buddies and presenting together at overlook. We worked so well together which I will definitely miss next year. But I am so excited for you going off to Cornell and I know you will have a great time!

Clara Schreibman

Sophia DiSarno: CLARA!! From freshman year XC, to JSA, and GLAM’D I’ve loved getting to hang out with you around KPS. You've been such a good leader and role model. You bring such an amazing energy to everything that you do, and I can’t wait to see what you accomplish in the future. GO KILL IT AT DARTMOUTH!!

Maddie Popolow: Clara! I am so glad we have gotten closer this year. You are so funny and consistently on the same wavelength as me. I am incredibly upset that you are no longer on the flag football team and I don't know how I am supposed to continue on without you </3 . I am going to miss you next year, but I know you will be having so much fun at Dartmouth!

Claire Cherill: Hi Clara! Thank you for being such a fantastic senior sister this year. Your enthusiasm and energy always made me excited for things too. I still have that awesome drawing of us from Star! Have so much fun at Dartmouth and stay awesome!

Sophia Brandstaedter: I'm so glad I met you as a little freshman and that we have become close these past few years. I don't know how I would've survived track without you. I will always remember driving with you to meets and many photo ops. I'm going to miss you next year!

Isabella Deng: Thanks for being a great person to talk to! The enthusiasm and passion you put into everything is really inspiring, and it's amazing how friendly you are to everyone! Good luck in college and beyond!

Megan Altier: Hey Clara! Thank you so much for being such an amazing STUAFF president! I’ve learned so much as your VP and during my time on the committee and cannot wait to see what you do next in college! Dartmouth is not ready for all of your energy, creativity, and AMAZING singing skills. I’ll miss you so much next year and I wish you the best of luck in the future ❤️❤️. -Megan

Emily Shewchuck

Evelyn Melendi: Hi Emily! Thank you for being an amazing senior sister this year and giving me helpful advice. Good luck in college! You will do great!

Diana Reig: It has been so great getting to know you more this year through discussing everything from spanish telenovelas recommendations to the story of how you fell on your bike and fractured your arm (although, at the time of writing this, that has not yet been confirmed). I can’t believe that you are already graduating but I hope you have an amazing experience at Clemson Honors College!!

Gabrielle Liberman: Hey Emily! I can't believe you're leaving for college, but I know you're going to have a great time. You are such a funny person, and I'm so glad I got to spend time with you during Mock Trial last year, on the bus rides to and from swim practices and meets these past two years, and just from seeing you around. I hope you have a great time at college, and keep making people laugh!

Angela Hong: Hi Emily! I really enjoyed working with you during our weekly REBOOT meetings! Congrats on graduating and good luck at college!!

Natalie Weker: Emily!!! I am so glad you finally figured out where you are going to college. Complaining about physics and calc with you was always so cathartic. I'm going to miss you next year!!!
Good luck!!!!!!!

Sneha Shirhattikar

Sajni Shah: Sneha, even as I sit down to write (technically rewrite) this note, I still can’t believe that you won’t be here next year. I’ll miss our chem study sessions and conversations about everything and nothing. I’m so glad I got to know you over the last two years. You’ve been so supportive, and you’ve always been there whenever I needed any help or advice. Science Olympiad won’t be the same without you leading it. You’ve made it so much fun and extremely welcoming, even when I wasn’t technically on the team. Your nerdy science articles will be missed in Starboard, and you made chemistry so much more bearable this year by being emo and British. Now as this note comes to an end, I have one piece of advice for you. Brush up on your geography a little and maybe get acquainted with what the state of Pennsylvania actually looks like. Anyways, thank you for being an amazing friend. UPenn is lucky to have you, and I know you’re going to do great there. I’m going to miss you so much next year!

Tara Nash: Hi Sneha! I don't have much to say but I hope you have a great time at UPENN and that you're a really fun person to be around.

Diana Reig: Sneha, I remember meeting you for the first time over zoom in Spanish class… and then once again in person at Science Olympiad last year. You immediately struck up a conversation with me and helped me to feel comfortable at that first meeting. I could not be more thankful to you for creating such a welcoming and positive environment for underclassmen who joined the team. Thank you so much for always being willing to help me when I needed advice or just a person to talk to - you have been an amazing friend and I will miss you next year as you embark on your college journey. We must stay in touch so I can know how you're doing at Penn. Congrats on all that you have accomplished already at Kent Place and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for you!! Cheers to being future pipette buddies!

Deysi Rodriguez: It’s been really nice getting to know you for the past two years. You’re really supportive, and overall a good friend. I’ll miss you in Spanish class, but have fun at UPenn!

Claire Cherill: Sneha! It's been so wonderful getting to know you this year. I always feel like I can go to you if I need anything- you're so supportive and caring for your friends. You were an amazing science olympiad leader and I hope everything doesn't fall apart without you next year. I'll miss your.... very rare... looks of disappointment at the team's sense of humor. Good luck at UPenn next year, you'll do awesome!

Ceci Hirawat: sneha!! you are so so kind, and i'll always appreciate how you're there for everyone. i love being your favorite freshman who's not a sophomore. <3

Jocelyn Ameo: Hey Sneha! I’m so glad I got to know you this year. I hope you know the joy you bring to every conversation and every interaction you have with everyone here. Your scathing wit, intelligence, and compassion I’m certain will bring you far in college and beyond. Thank you for everything- you got this!

Olivia Zhang: Sneha, I'm going to miss you so much. I know I probably sound like everyone but you've been such a great influence for me and I hope you know that. From being a friendly face in the hall to leading all my favorite clubs, you have always been there and for that I am tremendously thankful. UPenn is so lucky to have you and I wish you nothing but the best. Congrats on this exciting new chapter and stay in touch!

Chloe Reinman: Congrats on Upenn! I'm so happy for you!!!

Dvita Bhattacharya: I am going to miss you so much next year. Who am I supposed to go to for emotional support?? When I need advice on literally anything?? Or when I just have a random out of pocket thought I need to share??? You've always been there for me with all of your wisdom and steminist-ness, and I don't know what I'm going to do next year without you. There is no one else I'd rather lose my mind over Anatomy and Physiology with.  Thank you so much for everything you've done over the last two years and for being there for me always. You are bold, brilliant, badass woman in STEM, and I know you're going to crush it at college next year. Call me once you win a Nobel Prize. In the meantime, don't forget to text and tell me about college :)
PS: I better see you on college tours

Ms. Cohen: Sneha, I am so lucky, your grade is so lucky, Starboard is so lucky, and in general, this community is so lucky that you made your way to us in 10th grade. It's been a pleasure to get to know you as an excellent writer, scientist, leader, and generally great person. And as we've learned, this liberal arts education has ruined us all, so continue to try to find that way to Get Free :)

Nia Gitau: Dear Sneha, thank you so much for everything! You’ve been like an older sister to me throughout my freshman and sophomore years. I’m eternally grateful for all the hugs and advice – I probably wouldn’t have made it through freshman year without you! Your hard work and dedication as a Starboard EIC, Scioly leader and so much more has always been so inspiring to me. Congrats on graduating and enjoy UPenn!! I’ll miss you lots <3

Natalie Weker: Hi Sneha!!!
It's really weird to think about how you won’t be in the Ethics Room during scioly practice next year, waiting for the freshmen to get their butts to the meeting. I still have the shield protected copy of your a&p cheatsheet, and everytime I open my bag and see it I jump a little at the open mouth. You’ve done so much for my time at Kent Place, from starting Science Olympiad to understanding and appreciating Horrible Histories and Nando’s. You’ve made my time at Kent Place so memorable, thank you for being such a cool person.

Megan Szot

Angela Hong: Hi Megan! Thank you for being a wonderful History Club Leader and I enjoyed being in your AP Bio class this year! Congrats on graduating and good luck at college!

Hailey Downey: Thank you so much for being an amazing senior sister, Megan! I really appreciated the necklace and snacks you gave me. Good luck at Indiana University next year!

Mackenzie Thompson

Isabella Deng: Thanks for being a really friendly person to talk to and a really great Ballast EIC, it's amazing how kind you are to everyone! Good luck in college and beyond!

Gabrielle Liberman: Hey Mackenzie! Congrats on such a great year. I'm so glad I had you in my classes this year, especially in Chamber Singers. The soprano section was a lot more fun with you in it. As you go on to college, I hope you never forget the "wild women" and always remember to "check the ashes" (especially if "women have been burned alive").

Hannah Kelley: Thank you for being an awesome senior sister. Excited for Ireland with you!

Megan Llewellyn-Jones: Good bye Mackenzie! It was so nice to get to know you and be on the soccer team together. You are the best to talk to with crazy stories on the bus. You are always so happy and positive. I hope that I can bring the same energy you always did. Have a great time at college and we will all miss you :)

Angela Hong: Hi Mackenzie! Thank you for being a wonderful Ballast EIC! I enjoyed having you in my Precalculus class last year! Congrats on graduating and good luck at college!!

Maya Yie: Hi Mackenzie, it’s been great getting to know you better this year. Thank you for being an amazing Ballast EIC! I’ll miss doing our rounds in the Mabie House for each issue and taking every chance I see you in the hallway to bother you about some Ballast thing going on (and I do say hi back now!). You always kept me informed of everything going on in the publication. Thank you for answering all my random questions! I’ll miss you next year and good luck at Cornell!

Anushka Vaishnav

Phoebe Krowitz: Dear Anushka,

Lily Valverde

Sophia DiSarno: LILY! Don't know where I'd be if Mr. Biddulph didn't seat us next to each other on the first day of math class my freshman year. Even though I was scared of you then, love you now :))! I am going to miss running track with you soooo much and bugging you during my frees. LETS GO U!! <3 always, Sophia :))

Avery Klein-Maggio: heyyyyy, thanks for being my senior sister for my first year at KPS. You are gonna do so well at college and I hope you have the best time!! I heard you were a great runner from Misa and I hope you will come visit!
-Avery

Ishani Wadhwa

Alyma Karbownik: Oh ishani ishani. You are indeed a dear friend. Conversations just flow so easily with you and it has been a great joy to see you in class. I have bombarded you with questions about senior year and college and all your advice has been so helpful. I will miss seeing you in the hallways and crossing paths on the field during practice. You are a wonderful person and so easy to like. You will have the best of times at upenn. Congrats on everything!

Phoebe Krowitz: Dear Ishani,
I am so happy that you were my senior sister this year! Thank you for always being so nice and friendly. One of my favorite memories was when you came to my house and brought me a doughnut! I also thought it was so fun being on the squash team together and you were a great captain. I hope that you had a great school year and I am so excited for you to go to UPenn! You are going to do amazing things!
Love,
Phoebe

Lily Tan: Thank you for being one of the most friendly and sweet people! You never fail to make me laugh. Getting to know you more this year and training for the half was the best, going to miss you next year!

Talia Sarafian: tysm for being such a great squash cap and for being so nice and funny! have fun in collegeee

Maddie Popolow: ISHANIII. Wow. Our friendship has truly flourished this year and I am so happy about it. I know I can go to you to talk about anything, spill any tea, or make any jokes. Despite coercing me into joining squash against my will, I had such a fun time spending practices with you (even if your skills made me look literally laughable). Who else am I supposed to play the guess the song game with during squash next year?? Genuinely the only solution for you going away to college is for me to come visit you many times. I'm going to miss you but I know you are going to L O V E Penn.

Nina Choi: ISHANI BOATTT!! I can't believe the best goats duo is being separated. Thank you for being so amazing and kind since Spanish IV (best class!). You're a top-notch MM announcer and APICA leader and of course #1 Philadelphia Eagles fan obviously. I mean what kind of person would paint their entire face green for a random team they don't care about?! I will miss you so so much next year and can't wait to hear about all the amazing things you do at Penn!

Sophia Brandstaedter: I'm so glad we became close this year! Thank you for always giving me advice and especially thanks for running with me. I don't know what I will do without you next year!

Gabrielle Liberman: Hey Ishani. Or should I say, "eee-shaah-nee". I'm really going to miss you around the school. You were such a great morning meeting host, an awesome member of Chamber Singers, and overall, just a really fun person to be around. You made me laugh all the time, and you brought the bubbly energy I needed during our 8:30 Chamber classes. I hope you enjoy UPenn to the fullest, and congrats again on having such a great year!

Megan Llewellyn-Jones: Ishani I have always admired you. You are an amazing singer and I always look forward to seeing you in morning meeting. Have a wonderful time at college and we will all miss you :)

Piper Walsh: Ishani, thank you so much for everything this year. It was so fun playing squash with you and I don't know what I will do without you to drive me places :)

Miranda Wang: Thank you for being an amazing squash captain! Practices and games were all so fun, and we will miss you a lot next year. Thank you for always having our backs (and for having the single winning game in all of our matches). Best of luck in the future!

Abby Wall

Lilly Gomes: ABBY so glad we became friends! HAVE SM FUN AT TULANE. I will def miss the dunkin runs

Lily Tan: Abby, I am going to miss you next year! From middle school plays to Chamber this year, it has been so much fun being in your classes. Thanks for being one of the most friendly, caring and funny people I know. Good luck next year!!

Morwen Xu: Hello. ღƪ(ˆ◡ˆ)ʃ♡ƪ(ˆ◡ˆ)ʃ♪ I will be thinking of you. ( ^◡^)っ✂❤

Celia Kanellakos: Tulady, may you have the best of times in NOLA next year. Keeping this note brief so they don't censor me like they did at MUN. Love you to Philadelphia Shake Shack and back - Celia 🐒

Charlotte Grushkin: Thank you for being my #1 fan after Chicago!! (and also for that video on my phone that you and Alex filmed at star)

Nina Choi: ABBYYY. I am so heartbroken that I only got to experience you serving me the iconic Halo ice cream once. I'll still come to visit you in Princeton tho. Your energy is so infectious and I will miss you so much next year. Thank you also for all the times you've come in clutch to bring me food/boba from town ;) Congrats!!

Sophia Brandstaedter: Thanks for being there for me and for calling me that one day in the summer which ended up leading to goats. I'm so glad we got close these past two years and can always bond over our cars. I will miss you next year!

Addison Ismael: ABBY!! I’m gonna miss you sleeping over our house thanks for being like a big sister😢😢

Jenna Carey: Thank you for being the best senior sister ever! You are so funny and kind and have made my first year in high school so much fun. I am so sad you are leaving and I am going to miss you so much but I can’t wait to see what Tulane has in store for you!

Natalie Weker: Abby, Physics this year has been so fun because of you. When you first sat down at the table with Momo and I (with your Tim Hortons), I’ll admit, I was a little scared (especially of Bridget). But throughout the year you have made AP Physics the highlight of my week with your enthusiasm and dedication to the MoreWins. I am going to miss you so much next year, though I know that you are going to do amazing things at Tulane and after. Good luck next year!!!

Maddie Popolow: ABBY!!! I am so grateful I got to do bioethics with you. You made that class easily my most entertaining and to the day I die I refuse to say that I understand your topic #canaries in the coal mine. I am also so happy we continued to get close this year. I'm gonna miss your presence at school next year but I know you will be tearing up the streets of New Orleans.

Lizzy Washburn

Gabrielle Liberman: Hey Lizzy! It's been such a great swim season with you as a captain. Your endless enthusiasm on and off the pool deck was so infectious, and it really helped calm my nerves during meets. You really made our team next level, and I'm so proud that I was lucky enough to swim the 400 freestyle relay with you at Meet of Champions. Thank you for being such a great captain and cheerleader to all of us. You're going to kill it at Brown!

Megan Llewellyn-Jones: Lizzy it was amazing to have you as a captain for swimming this year. We finally got the diving boomerang! Congratulations on Brown! You completely deserve it. Have a wonderful time at college, we will all miss you :)

Reilly Dangler: Dear Lizzy, I want to thank you for all you did for me in the beginning of the year to help make my first year in high school easier and more enjoyable. You helped make the transition from middle to high school so much more calm and stress-free. You assured me that if I needed any advice or help that I could come to you, which I deeply appreciate. I admire how kind you were to me and how much you cared. Congratulations on graduating (and Brown) and I hope you have an amazing experience for your first year of college, just like I did for high school. Thank you so much and best of luck at your new school! Go Bears!!

Caitlin Williams

Alyma Karbownik: My dear Caitlin. I have spoken to you for like half a year but i have never so easily grown to like someone. It is very obvious how good of a leader you are and how passionate you are in Athletic Association. Your work in the best committee inspires me to follow in your footsteps and be the best I can be. However, above all you have been a great pal. Your smile can light up the darkness indeed. I will miss you greatly and I hope you know that you are very much appreciated.

Maddie Popolow: Caitlinnnnn. I am going to miss you so so much next year. You brought the best energy to the field hockey season and I will never forget when dropped the entire box of gluten free cupcakes or when you ate that delicious gluten free cake at team dinner. I am going to be so sad next field hockey season without you around! But I know WashU is going to be amazing and I will 100% see you at some point in Missouri <3

Nina Choi: CAITLIN BOAT! I can't believe you're graduating already. I'm going to miss you so much next year. Field hockey has been the best with you and my deepest apologies for never following through on joining the basketball team... Come back to visit next year and I promise there will be gluten-free desserts just for you :)

Sophia Brandstaedter: I'm so glad I met you this year! You are always so fun to hang out with and thank you for giving me advice. I will miss you next year!

Cassie Miller: Hey Caitlin! Over the past few years on softball, you have been such a kind and thoughtful friend and captain, and I've really appreciated your support and advice. You've also slayed as athletic association prez. I will miss you next year. Best of luck at WashU!

Maya Hardy: HI CAITLIN!! You are the best softball captain our team could ask for. Thanks for always being willing to drive the freshmen anywhere. You're so kind and always so easy to talk to. WASHU is NOT ready!! I LOVE U and im going to miss you so much. Thanks for being the best softball accountabilibuddy ever, you're going to do so great in college.

Nathalie Montesdeoca: You have been such a great role model when it came to sports. From basketball to softball you have been showing what the perfect KPS student looks and strives to be. I hope you have fun in college and best of luck!

Avery Klein-Maggio: Hey captain Williams, what's the WORDDD? You are the best captain ever and Im so happy that you are on the team. You are a god all around sportswise and you are literally so nice idk how it's possible 🤷🏻‍♀️. Im gonna miss u when you are at washU 😭, kill it at college. Love u boo.

Sophie Williams

Tara Nash: Hello! I just wanted to say thank you for being my senior sister. While I never saw you play field hockey, a lot of the freshmen told me how good you were, and that made me really happy to have you as my senior sister. The one time I visited the art club was really fun too. Have a fun time at Oxford!

Maddie Popolow: SOPHIE!! I am going to miss you so much next year! You are going to be my defensive partner even next season when you are gone </3. Not only could I always count on you on the field during field hockey (and flag football too!...) but I can also always count on you off of the field. You are such an amazing mentor and friend and I am sad to see you go but excited for everything you will go on to do!

Nina Choi: Hey Sophie! Thanks for being such a great captain and teammate (THROWBACK TO SPARTANS TOO) for the past few years. So glad that we both survived --barely-- AP Spanish last year... That was more painful than any field hockey conditioning we've ever done tbh. I will miss you next year and hope you come back to visit!

Annie Woodall

Alyma Karbownik: Anne. Med chem with you has been one of my favorite classes in my few hs years. I can never be productive because our conversations are just that intriguing. You have made writing a 17 page paper very enjoyable and easy. I have never eased through a group project so easily. I will miss you my dear friend. Have fun with your grandparents. This summer will be great!

Maddie Popolow: Annie!! I am going to miss you next year. Our short amount of time on field hockey and our season on flag football together has been so much fun. I will definitely be sad to see you go, but you will have the best time at USFCA!!

Nina Choi: My number one just dance partner!!! How will I survive PE without you next year?? I'm so glad we became close from JV fhock when you were the #1 goalie in your iconic yellow jersey. I will miss you so much and hope you have so much fun at usfca

Ella Peterson: You are so much fun to be around and talk too! Your so nice, especially when you are getting me bagels, and really funny. It's always so fun to talk to you! I'm so happy I got paired with you for senior and freshman sisters. I will miss. you but college will be so fun!

Ms. Cohen: Annie, thank you for being a part of my KPS community for the last 10 years. You will be so much missed, I hope you visit us sometimes, and where ever you go, you'll carry a bit of the sweetest dog in the world, who just loved you so much (Henry). Congratulations :)

Kristine Yang

Justine Wu: Congrats on Georgetown! I was so happy to be your freshman sister this year with all the activities we did. You're so cool and honestly, you're the person I want to be when I become a senior. Have a great time moving on to college from kps; I'll always remember you! Btw, I kinda liked how our names matched.

Megan Llewellyn-Jones: Bye Kristine! It was super fun being your co-captain on JV soccer. Have a blast at college and we will all miss you :)

Josh Zheng

Tara Nash: Hey Joshua! Thank you for everything this year. You always know how to make me happy from buying me donuts, escorting me to history, and the thought of you buying me chocolates even though they were sent to Tara Khunara instead :(. I don't know what's going to happen once you leave this school. Without your artwork, the walls will be so bare! Kayla and I will just have to step up our game but it won't be the same without you. Wish I could leave NJ with you!

Kayla Peng: Hi Josh! I'm so glad that you were my senior sibling this year. You are so caring, considerate, and fun to be around. You are a real inspiration and we are all going to miss you so much. I hope you have a great time in college!

Diana Reig: It's crazy to think that I've known you since middle school, but you're already graduating! :') Thank you for always being a kind and friendly face to chat with in the hallways and also for your insightful questions at Chit Chats - I am always excited to hear what you have to say! I can't believe you are moving on to college, but I can't wait to see what you continue to accomplish at Columbia!

Dvita Bhattacharya: Congratulations!! You're officially out of KPS. You're a fantastic ethicist, writer and person, and I'm really happy I got to know you these last 2 years. I know you'll do fantastically at Columbia, and make sure to visit us once in a while :)

Isabella Deng: Dear Josh, Thank you for being an absolutely incredible friend and one of the first people who made me feel welcome at Kent Place. As we got to know each other last year, you were always incredibly kind and willing to to help out and listen to any of my problems. You bring an incredible amount of energy and enthusiasm to everything you do, and I aspire to have as much passion, positivity, and confidence that you do. Whenever you waved or said hi to me when we saw each other, it made my day a lot better. You have truly been an incredible and kind role model for me in my life, and I am so grateful for meeting you last year. You've also helped me grow a lot as a person; I truly do not know where I would be right now if I haven't met you, so thank you for being you (I am writing this on 5/14, so it is not farewell yet) . Thank you for your constant hard work, intelligence, energy, charm, and leadership that inspires me to be like you. Please remember to keep in touch, and please come visit sometime! :) Good luck! (you won't need any of it because you're gonna kill it on your own, but I'll give you some anyway) Thank you for everything.

Alex Jones: HII JOSH!! Your a really cool person and I’m gonna miss you next year. The halls will never be the same without you here… 😞

Imani Farrell: HII JOSH!! I am so glad I met you this year. You are such a kind soul and thank you so much for your check ins. Even you just asking if I am okay makes my day. You're so funny and I cannot thank you enough for just being you.

Angela Hong: Hi Josh! Thank you for being a wonderful Ballast EIC and always answering all my questions about academic and life. I will miss headpatting you whenever I see you *ouch* and spamming you as well!! Good luck at college and you better visit me sometime :DDD

Maya Yie: Hi Josh, thank you for being an amazing Ballast EIC! You are a great leader and I loved working with you this year. We’ll miss you next year and good luck at Columbia!

Miranda Wang: Thank you for always being willing to share advice and talk to everyone! We will miss you next year, best of luck in the future!

Natalie Weker: Josh, I have had so much fun with you this year. STAR rehearsal would've ben sooooooo boring, but airdropping each other things really made the time fly. The good news is you'll only be 16 miles away from Kent Place, so you have to come back!! Right, Josh? Anyways, good luck!!!!! Natalie Weker
