DEIB Task Force
The third DEIB Chit Chat will be held this Thursday, 5/11 at 2:30. The panelists will be Ms. Justice, Ms. Browne, and Ms. DeGazon. Also, we’re currently looking for 9th and 10th graders to apply to be part of our KP Outreach program, where we facilitate diversity discussion and events with other nearby schools. Trep$ Marketplace is this Thursday, May 11th, and the 6th graders are inviting the US to come shop! We’ve all worked really hard to come up with business ideas and to create our products, so please consider coming out to support!

Hi everyone! As many of you know, May is a shared heritage month - one of which being Asian American Pacific Islander heritage. We are very passionate and proud about our culture and we wanted to share it with the Upper School during this time of the year. To celebrate, we are selling many East Asian snacks and goods during Tuesday and Thursday breaks for this whole month. We have some of our favorite candies like white rabbit candy, various jellies, japanese kit kats, the very popular hi-chews, and much more. You can purchase these items individually or you can mix and match to try whatever you want. The profits are going to an organization located in New York City called Heart of Dinner. They donate meals to the Asian elderly community in Flushing and Chinatown who face food insecurity and inequity. The meals also come with heartwarming messages in their native language to lift their spirits.So don't forget to bring cash on Tuesdays and Thursdays! We look forward to your support!!
