BORED? MAKE SOME GRANOLA!


To make this granola, I followed a recipe from Cookie and Kate (her recipe made eight cups of granola, but I halved everything, making only four cups). Her website is really cute, and she has a lot of fun ideas. I recommend you check it out!

Here’s what I did to make the granola:

The first thing I did was preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Next, I set up a (not-so) aesthetic background so my photos wouldn’t look awful...because I’m a professional food blogger hehe

Then, I got out all of the ingredients. This is a good idea because you won’t have to go looking through the cabinets while in the middle of making the recipe.

Next I combined the oats, pecans, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. The nuts are optional (don’t add them if you will go into anaphylaxis) but I chose to add them lol.

After that, I stirred in olive oil, maple syrup (honey is also an option), and vanilla.
