Girls Outdoors

The Girls Outdoors SPRING OUTING is Sunday, April 29, at the Mohican Outdoor Center! It will be a longer day trip instead of camping (because of the busy spring calendar), and we'll go on a hike to a nice view. We will hold the Girls Outdoors Olympics to learn and test outdoor skills like cooking and pitching tents. No prior experience is necessary. The club will send out a permission slip, which must be filled out and handed in to Ms. Chaffee-Cohen by Monday, April 22. Don't forget to fill out the third page so that we know if you need any equipment from us. Get excited!!

National School Walkout

On Friday, April 20th, students will be given the opportunity to participate in the National School Walkout. The Walkout is a chance for students and faculty to show their solidarity with school affected by gun violence and show their support for safer schools. We are finalizing the details of the day and more information about the walkout and the education that goes along with it will be soon to come. Today we wanted to plant the seed of the walkout and give everyone the opportunity to think about what does the opportunity of participating in the walkout mean to you.

Ballast

Ballast is releasing another online mini-issue! April Fools! :)
